The Plot

The brothers return home after serving in World War I to open a juke joint. What starts as a lively celebration of music and culture turns sinister when a performance by their cousin awakens an ancient vampire named Remmick. When strange events start to happen and people from the town start disappearing, there is an obvious problem. The brothers are catapulted into a terrifying battle against a quickly growing vampire cult. The movie blends supernatural horror with themes of racial injustice and cultural identity.
